Processing Time
Orders are made in small batches and typically ship within 3–5 business days. During product launches or high-demand periods, processing may take up to 7 business days. We’ll always let you know if there’s a delay.
Shipping Methods
We ship via USPS from Kingsland, Georgia. Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–7 business days after processing. Expedited options may be available at checkout depending on your location.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available in the Kingsland, Georgia area. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll coordinate a time.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Policy
We stand behind everything we make. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll work with you to make it right.
What We Can Accept
Unused, unopened products in original packaging can be returned for a full refund or exchange. If a product arrived damaged or defective, contact us with a photo and your order number and we’ll replace it at no cost.
What We Can’t Accept
Because our products are handcrafted personal care items, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene reasons. However, if you opened a product and something is wrong with it — wrong scent, texture issue, or any quality concern — contact us. We’d rather make it right than lose your trust.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, email us with a photo and your order number within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace it. If your order is lost in transit, contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to locate it or send a replacement.
